| 摘 要： | 为优化高压柱塞泵中柱塞与轨道的接触应力问题，设计了一种新的双球头径向柱塞泵。柱塞末端铰链连接于连杆中心时，通过仿真，求解出连接点的运动轨迹，并研究了该泵结构尺寸对流量脉动的影响，且对脉动程度作出分析。该泵输出特性的分析结果为双球头径向柱塞泵结构的优化及降噪等方面提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the contact stress in the high pressure piston pump plunger and track，a new radial piston pump with dual ball is presented。When the end of piston is connected to the center of rod with hinge， the trajectory of the connection point is obtained by simulation and the effect of the structural dimension on the pump flow pulsation is investigated. The results provide a theoretical basis for the structure optimization and noise reduction of the dual ball radial piston pump. |
