摘    要:对油水聚结分离的原理进行了阐述,介绍了油水聚结分离的基本过程。在油水聚结分离原理基础之上,具体分析了目前应用于喷气燃料过滤分离器中聚结滤芯的结构和材料组成,并对聚结滤芯中各层材料的成分、纤维丝径、纤维层厚度和表面接触角进行了表征和测量,为聚结滤芯的设计和研制提供了依据和参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of the coalescence technique for oil/water separation and the basic process of the coalescing separation are presented. In addition, the structures and materials for the coalescence filters are analyzed in detail. The contact angle, thickness, density of demulsification layer and the composition, diameter and length of fiber are measured and characterized. The results could be employed to provide a appropriate reference for designing and fabricating coalescence filters.
