果园避障旋耕机液压系统的设计与研究

摘    要:针对目前新疆果园旋耕作业存在的问题,设计出一种基于现有三点后悬挂动力输出旋耕机的新型果园避障旋耕机液压系统,可以实现旋耕作业时对果树和障碍物的有效避让;通过理论计算,对液压系统中各元件进行了选型,运用AMESim软件搭建了避障旋耕机液压系统的仿真模型,并对模型中各元件的参数进行了设置,通过HCD库搭建同步阀模型得到伸缩缸和调平缸速度分别为0.304 m/s和0.250 m/s,且差动连接速度为0.500 m/s,满足实际工作需求,同时验证了模型的正确性,为产品的开发和改进提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:We aim at problems in Xinjiang rotary orchard operations, devise the hydraulic system of a new orchard avoidance rotary based on the existing three point rear suspension power output rotary tiller. The rotavator can effectively avoid fruit trees and obstacles when in work. By theoretical calculations, the components of the hydraulic system are selected, and the rotary hydraulic system simulation model is built by the software AMEsim, and the model parameters are set for each element. The synchronous valve model is built by HCD library to get the speeds of telescopic cylinders and cylinder 0.304 m/s and 0.250 m/s, and the differential connection speed 0.500 m/s, which meets the need of practical work. Also we verify the correctness of the model, which provides a theoretical basis for development and improvement of product.
