摘    要:为克服发动机效率低、污染严重、调速性能差的问题,提出了一种基于LUDV系统和变频电机的液压挖掘机系统方案。建立了液压系统、机械结构及变频电机的仿真模型,以及电动液压挖掘机的联合仿真模型。采用变频电机与变量泵复合控制方法,设定电动液压挖掘机“泵排量目标值”(“泵排量目标值”是液压泵目标排量值与液压泵最大排量的比值,是液压泵实际排量的控制目标,不是将液压泵的排量固定在某个数值)分别为0.9、0.7、0.5。研究表明,随着“泵排量目标值”的减小,电机转速提高,耗电量减小;当“泵排量目标值”减小到某个值时,耗电量不会随着“泵排量目标值”的减小而降低,耗电量达到最小值。

Abstract: This study puts forward a kind of hydraulic excavator system, which is based on the LUDV system and driven by a frequency conversion motor, to overcome the low efficiency, poor speed control performance and serious pollution of engine. The models of hydraulic system, mechanical structure and frequency conversion motor are established, and on this basis the co simulation model of hydraulic excavator which is driven by motor is established. Electric hydraulic excavator adopts the compound control of frequency conversion motor and variable pump, and the “pump displacement target value”(“pump displacement target value” is the ratio of hydraulic pump goal displacement and the maximum displacement ,is the target displacement of hydraulic pump, rather than the displacement of the pump is in a fixed value.)is set to 0.9,0.7,0.5, and the simulation results show that with the decrease of the “pump displacement target value”, the motor speed increases, and the motor power consumption decreases; when the “pump displacement target value” reduces to a certain value, the power consumption will not be reduced with the decrease of the “pump displacement target value”, and the power consumption is the least.
