摘    要:为有效缓解能源危机以及环境污染,压缩空气动力发动机(气动发动机)已被广泛研究。设计一种单缸气动发动机,作为有效完成气动发动机性能优化研究的基础,建立气动发动机正常工作过程的基本数学模型。为验证这一基本数学模型,通过计算机实现缸内压力值变化的仿真以及相应的验证实验,实验结果与计算机仿真结果相吻合,从而证明建立的数学模型是正确的。由于一些不可忽略的实验条件因素,实验中输出扭矩结果与仿真结果存在恒定误差,导致此恒定误差的条件因素被深入分析。研究对单缸气动发动机的设计与结构优化有参考意义。

Abstract:To address the energy crisis and environmental pollution, the compressed air engines (CAE) are widely studied. In this paper, a single cylinder CAE is designed. To set a foundation for the study on the optimization of the CAE, the basic mathematical model of working processes is set up. To verify the mathematical model, an experiment is conducted, and the simulation done to show cylinder pressure is consistent with the experimental result. So the mathematical model is correct. Since some reasons are neglected, the output torque experimental results are not in accord with the simulation produced results, and the deviation between the simulation results and the experiment results are analyzed. This research can be referred to in the design of the single cylinder CAE and the study on optimization of the single cylinder CAE.
