人工智能时代职业教育发展研究

人工智能时代为职业教育发展提供了机遇,也带来挑战。当前我国职业教育发展存在理念固化、培养目标单一、教学内容陈旧、专业设置缺乏灵活性、高端人才培养缺位等方面的问题。我国职业教育可以从开设人工智能相关专业、建立人工智能职业教育模式、设置动态专业调整机制、建设智慧学习工场、打造资源共享的智能导师平台等方面进行转型与升级。

A Study on Vocational Education Development in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

The era of artificial intelligence provides opportunities for the development of vocational education,but also brings challenges.At present,there are problems in the development of vocational education in China,such as solid concept,single training target,outdated teaching content,lack of flexibility in professional setting,and lack of high-end talent training.China's vocational education can be transformed and upgraded from the aspects of setting up artificial intelligence related majors,establishing artificial intelligence vocational education mode,setting up dynamic major adjustment mechanism,building smart learning workshops,and building intelligent tutor platforms for resource sharing.
