摘    要:航空航天行业中各类元器件需要做各种试验,其中的高低温寿命试验、高低温例行试验,试验周期长、能耗很高。以某型飞机前起落架转弯寿命试验为例,高温试验要求进入被试件的油液温度为(90±5) ℃,低温试验要求环境温度达到-55 ℃,进入被试件的油液温度为(-40±5) ℃,保持连续试验2 h以上。针对这些试验工况,研发设计了高低温油源系统、试验控制回路、计算机控制系统、油液制冷装置和管路系统,满足了试验要求并达到了高效节能的效果。

Abstract:  Various components in the aerospace industry need to do all kinds of test. The high low temperature life test and routine testing have a long test cycle; the energy consumption is very high. In a certain type of aircraft nose landing gear turning life test, the oil temperature getting into testing structure is subject to (90±5) ℃ in the high temperature test. The environment temperature for low temperature test is -55 ℃, and the temperature of oil got into the testing structure is subject to (-40±5) ℃ more than two hours. According to these test working conditions, we design the high low temperature oil source system, the testing control circuit ,the computer control system, the oil refrigeration units and the piping system, which meet the test requirement and achieve efficient energy saving.
