高水压环境下盾构主轴承唇形密封圈密封性能分析

摘    要:在分析盾构主轴承密封结构及功能的基础上,结合琼州海峡跨海隧道工程,建立了主轴承密封圈仿真分析模型,分析不同压力差下,唇形密封圈的保持架结构,对主轴承密封圈受力情况和密封性能的影响。研究结果表明:有楔形突起的保持架对密封圈的受力情况及密封性能具有较大影响。该结构有效改善了密封圈的力学结构,提高了其结构的稳定性和密封性能的稳定性,在保证良好密封性能的前提下,使密封圈有较小的变形和等效应力。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of structure and function for seals used in the main bearing of shield machine, a main bearing seal simulation model is established to analyze the influence of the lip seal retainer’s structure on both the lip seal’s force status and the sealing performance under different pressure differentials, for solving problems in the Qiongzhou Strait tunnel project. The results show that a wedge shaped projection on the retainer has a great influence on the lip seal’s force status and the sealing performance. This structure can improve the mechanical structure of seal ring effectively, enhance the stability of structure and sealing performance, make the seal ring have less deformation and equivalent stress under the premise of good sealing performance.
