自动变速器主油压调节用数字比例溢流阀特性研究

摘    要:开发了以高速开关阀为先导的自动变速器主油压调节用数字比例溢流阀,开展了其仿真分析和试验研究。针对数字比例溢流阀结构特点及工作原理提出建模假设条件,建立了该阀的数学模型。搭建了数字比例溢流阀试验平台,开展了该阀静态特性、对阶跃信号和占空比连续变化信号的响应试验研究。仿真分析与试验研究对比结果表明,仿真模型能够反映实际系统特性,所提出的假设条件合理;数字比例溢流阀的阶跃响应过程随阻尼孔直径和主阀弹簧预压缩量的减小,系统最低压力随之降低,压力响应时间变长;参数适当的数字比例溢流阀控制压力能随控制信号占空比近似线性变化,满足自动变速器主油压调节要求。

Abstract:A digital proportional relief valve for adjusting main pressure of automatic transmission is designed, where a high speed on off valve is the pilot valve. The simulation analysis and experimental study are carried out. Some assumptions are proposed based on the structure and working principle of the valves. And with the assumptions, a simulation model is established. The test bench is built. Some experimental researches on a digital proportional relief valve are carried out, including the static characteristics of the valve, the valve’s response to step signals and the response to duty ratio continuous variation signals. The simulation analysis and experimental researches show that the model can reflect the real system characteristics, and the assumptions are reasonable. The results also show that the lower the diameter of the damping hole and the pre compression of the main valve spring, the lower the minimal system pressure, and the pressure response time is longer. The control pressure of the valve is similar to linear change following by the duty cycle control signal, and it can meet the requirements of automatic transmission adjusting main pressure.
