高校毕业生“慢就业”现象的现状与对策研究——基于循环理论的视角

通过对福建在校大学生的职业能力现状和“慢就业”现象开展问卷调查,发现当前高校大学生群体存在求职主动性不强、自我认知不足、就业观念滞后等问题。基于循环理论的视角从人才培养目标、育人途径、职业能力监测评估等方面探讨新时期高校大学生职业能力提升路径和“慢就业”现象的解决方法,实现大学生高质量和更充分就业。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of"Slow Employment"of College Graduates:On the Perspective of Circulation Theory

Through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of vocational ability and"slow employment"of college students in Fujian Province,it finds that the current college students have some problems,such as lack of initiative in job-hunting,lack of self-awareness,lagging employment concept,and etc.Based on the perspective of circulation theory,the paper discusses college students'occupation in the new era from the aspects of talent training objectives,training methods,monitoring and evaluation of vocational ability,etc.The solutions to the problem of improving vocational ability and"slow employment"can achieve higher quality and fuller employment of college students.
