基于CFD的飞机客舱热舒适性和污染物浓度分布的数值模拟

摘    要:应用CFD方法建立了Boeing 737头等客舱内环境和飞机管道的三维模型,对客舱内流场进行仿真分析,模拟分析了在不同送风速度时的温度场、速度场、污染物NO2的浓度场。以客舱内的空气分布特性指标(Air Diffusion Performance Index,ADPI)作为热舒适评价依据,以客舱内NO2的浓度反映客舱的空气质量,采集所需要的数据,通过Gaussian拟合曲线法,作出ADPI、客舱内NO2浓度与送风口速度的函数关系,再建立一个综合评价热舒适性和NO2浓度分布的目标函数,最后求出目标函数取最大值时候的送风速度,这个速度可以为实际桥载空调控制中送风速度的选取提供参考。

Abstract:Through using the method of CFD,the cabin environment and aircraft ducts tree dimensional model of Boeing 737 is established.Simulation analysis is carried out on the flow field inside the cabin.The simulations obtain the temperature field,velocity field and pollutant NO2 concentration field at different supply air speed.The thermal comfort evaluation in the cabin is on the basis of Air Diffusion Performance Index and NO2 concentration reflects to the cabin air quality.Collect the data needed, and then it make the Air Diffusion Performance Index (ADPI), and the cabin NO2 concentration as function of the velocity of air supply outlet through the Gaussian fitting curve method. Than build a comprehensive evaluation function of thermal comfort and NO2 concentration. At last get the supply air speed when the evaluation function reaches maximum. The speed can provide the basis for optimal supply speed selection of the actual bridge load air conditioning control.
