四腔室液压缸的结构设计及其应用

摘    要:传统液压控制系统中,普通液压缸在变负载工况下会产生较大的压力波动。针对该情况设计了四腔室液压缸。通过将活塞杆做成空腔兼做另一缸体的形式,把普通的两腔室液压缸做成具有四个腔室的液压缸。在数字流体动力系统的控制下,系统提供的压力数越多输出力的个数将会越多,以适应工作中的变负载情况。该液压缸节省了使用空间及成本,提高了工作效率,改善了工作效果。

Abstract:In the control of traditional hydraulic systems, ordinary hydraulic cylinders generate large pressure fluctuations in the condition of varying load.For this case,we design a four chamber hydraulic cylinder.By using the hollow rod as another cylinder body,we make two chamber ordinary hydraulic cylinder into four chamber.In the control of digital fluid power systems,further increase in the number of force values can be obtained by increasing the number of supply pressure to adjust to the varying load.The results show that the four chamber hydraulic cylinder can save spaces and costs,improve the working efficiency and effectiveness.
