小载荷轴承试验台液压加载系统的设计

摘    要:采用液压加载来实现小载荷的加载,是目前液压加载方式所要解决的技术难题之一。针对轴承试验台的小载荷加载,提出了一种采用阻尼进行降压和比例控制的液压加载方法,介绍了阻尼匹配的计算方法,阐述了系统的加载原理,利用AMESim软件对该系统进行仿真,验证了所设计的液压系统能够满足加载要求。

Abstract: Utilizing hydraulic loading to achieve a little loading , is one of the hydraulic loading technical problems to be solved. For the purpose of bearing testing benchs’ little loading, a hydraulic loading method based on the damp to decrease the pressure and the electro hydraulic proportional technique is presented, and damps calculation and the loading principle. The result meets the load requirement by simulation using the software AMESim.
