多腔液压缸新型液压抽油机的设计

摘    要:液压抽油机因其结构简单、耗能低、性能可靠等特点,在石油开发生产中占据举足轻重的地位。就目前液压抽油机的发展进程和使用情况而言,因不能改善工作过程中换向所带来的液压元件的磨损,严重影响了液压抽油机的使用寿命。为了减轻液压元件的磨损,提出了一种多腔液压缸新型液压抽油机。该液压抽油机在液压系统设计方面做了良好的改善,不仅有效解决了磨损问题,延长抽油机的使用寿命,并且利用特殊结构的多腔式液压缸与蓄能器相结合,可回收下冲程时抽油杆释放的重力势能,重新利用于上冲程中,达到高效节能的目的。

Abstract:The hydraulic oil pumping unit characterized by its simple structure, low energy consumption, reliable performance, plays a decisive role in the development of oil production. For the development process and service condition of the hydraulic oil pumping unit, the wear of the hydraulic component of the mechanical seal during the pumping seriously affects the service life of hydraulic pumping unit. In order to reduce the wear of the hydraulic component, we propose a new hydraulic pumping unit with multi cavity cylinder, which can solve the wear, prolongs service life, and enhance energy efficiency.
