预应力芯棒在连续配筋混凝土路面中的应用

摘    要:对预应力芯棒代替钢筋在连续配筋混凝土路面中的应用进行了研究,介绍了预应力芯棒的材料组成和每米宽度路面计算模型。通过求解连续配筋混凝土路面温缩应力微分方程,采用温度试探法求得路面裂缝间距和裂缝宽度,并与普通连续配筋路面进行对比得出:采用预应力芯棒代替普通钢筋,可大幅节约钢筋用量,经济效益得到了明显提高。

Abstract:The application of prestressed mandril replaced steel reinforcement in continuously reinforced concrete pavement is studied.Material composition and calculation model of prestressed mandril are introduced.Based upon solving of the differential equation of temperature contraction stress and trial method the distance between pavement cracks and crack's width are obtained.Comparison is also made with ordinary continuously reinforced concrete pavement.Practice show the application of prestressed mandril reduced the use of steel reinforcement with obvious economic benefits.
