高速凸轮机构动态响应的区段谐波分析

摘    要:本文根据高速凸轮机构的工作特点,提出按准程段和回程段实施区段谐波分析,确定从动件的动态响应。实例分析表明,用全工作循环谐波分析方法所得到的结果是偏于保守的。对于大多数具有休止区段的高速凸轮机构,应用区段谐分析方法进行动态响应分析,所获得的结果数据更加符合凸轮机构的实际工作状况。

Abstract:A new method, rise travel (and return travel) harmonics analysis with which can analyse dynamic response of high speed cam mechanism, is put forward in this paper, according to actual working order of high speed cam mechanism. By analysing, computing, We find that the results obtained by ways of whole circle harmonics analysis are approximate. As showm in this paper, the results obtained by ways of rise travel (and return travel) are in accordance with actual working state to most high speed cam mechanism.
