摘    要:本文介绍一种以多瓣极电容传感器为敏感元件,以80C196单片微机为控制核心构成的角位移智能测量系统。文中详细分析了多瓣极电容传感器的结构、特点及工作原理,叙述了该系统的硬件框图及软件流程图,并给出系统的测量误差。

Abstract:A intelligent angular-position test system is introduced, this system with multisegment electrode capacitive sensor as the sensing component, and takes the 80C196 single chip processor as the core.. This paper also presents the construction and character-istic and working principle of the multisegment electrode capacitive sensor in detailed, and analyzes the hardware diagram and soft-ware flow chart. Finally, the test error of experiments are given.
