侧链型全芳香磺化聚酰亚胺的合成及性能研究

摘    要:合成了一种侧链型磺化二胺单体2,2’-双(4-磺酸基苯氧基)联苯胺(2,2-’BSPOB),将这种磺化二胺单体与1,4,5,8-萘四羧酸二酐(NTDA)及一种非磺化二胺单体4,4’-双(4-氨基苯氧基)联苯(BAPB)共聚,制得了一系列具有不同离子交换容量(IEC)的侧链型全芳香磺化聚酰亚胺。在高相对湿度下,这些磺化聚酰亚胺膜具有与Nafion112相当甚至更高的质子导电率。此外,这些磺化聚酰亚胺膜在100℃去离子水中浸泡2000h后依然保持良好的力学强度,而且在膜平面方向的尺寸变化极小(5%),在质子交换膜燃料电池上有着潜在的应用前景。

Abstract:A side-chain-type sulfonated diamine monomer,2,2'-bis(4-sulfophenoxy)benzidine(2,2'-BSPOB)was synthesized.A series of side-chain-type wholly aromatic sulfonated polyimides(SPIs)、with different ion exchange capacities(IECs)were prepared via the condensation polymerization of 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(NTDA),2,2'-BSPOB and a non-sulfonated diamine,4,4'-bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl(BAPB).At high relative humidities the SPI membranes displayed high proton conductivities which were comparable or higher than that of Nafion 1 12.Moreover,the SPI membranes could maintain good mechanical properties after being soaked in deionized water at 100℃ for more than 2000 h,while their in-plane dimensional changes were very small(<5%).The SPI membranes are promising materials for use in fuel cells.
