摘    要:兖矿集团济东新村热电厂的计算机集散控制系统 (DCS) ,采用美国Honeywell公司的s90 0 0控制器 ,选用美国Intellution公司的Fix32软件包作为人机接口 (MMI)应用软件 ,实现了各项监控功能。该电厂的 35t h循环流化床锅炉可调参数较多 ,控制较为复杂 ,DCS控制系统结合循环流化床锅炉的控制特点 ,采用相应的控制策略和控制方案 ,取得了较好的应用效果。

Application at 35 t/h CFBC boiler of DCS system
Abstract:Monitoring and control function was realized at the Jidong Xincun Thermo electricity Plant by application of the computerized distributed control system(DCS) which consists of s9000 controller from American Honeywell Co.,as the controller and Fix32 Software Package from American Itellution as the man machine interface (MMI). Adjustable parameter of the 35t/h CFBC boiler being multiple and its control,difficult,however,better operation performance was obtained by taking appropriate control tactics and options corresponding to special features of the boiler incorporated with the DCS system.
