摘    要:以在西气东输工程(WEPP)及海底管道中所使用的全自动相控阵超声波检测(AUT)设备Pipe WIZARD系统和检测技术为例,介绍全自动相控阵超声波使用的分区扫查法、相控阵、双门带状图和TOFD(衍射时差法)等检测技术的原理,及在管道检测中的应用。

Abstract:On the basis of automatic ultrasonic testing(AUT) equipment(Pipe WIZARD System) utilized in the West-east Gas Pipeline and Benthal Pipeline Project,some key techniques of AUT such as zone discrimination,phased array,two gate zonal chart,time of flight diffraction were described and their actual application in the long output pipeline project were presented.
