摘    要:QY8911是经过改性的双马来酰亚胺树脂体系。它具有耐温高、韧性好、吸水率低和易于操作的特性。这种树脂体系可用于浸润碳纤维、凯芙拉和玻璃纤维,适用于溶剂法和热熔法制备预浸料。QY8911具有良好的工艺性,其固化规范与177℃环氧树脂相仿,可于普通热压罐中固化成型。

Abstract:QY8911 is a modified bismalaimide(BMI) resin system formulated for high temperature resistance,toughness, low moisture aiisorption and easy handling properties.The new resin system can be impregnated into graphite,Kevlar or glass fibers for fabricating strutural composites by either solvent or hot-melt method.The QY8911/T300 composite with good properties can be obtained by using ordinary autoclave curing schedule as applied to a typical 177℃ curing epoxy system.
