| 摘 要： | 探讨Roeos磁铁机械式紧密纺装置的结构性能与成纱质量.阐述了Rocos紧密纺的成纱原理,纺纱装置结构特点、安装要求及使用注意事项,并对Rocos紧密纱质量、主要专件对成纱质量的影响进行了试验分析,结果表明:Rocos紧密纺质量优于普通环锭纺,前胶辊对成纱质量有较大的影响.要加强设备、质量等各项基础管理工作才能充分发挥紧密纺的技术优势.

| Abstract: | Structural characteristics and yarn quality of Rocos magnetic mechanical compact spinning device were discussed.Spinning principle of Rocos compact spinning,structural characteristics of spinning device,installing requirement and attention items in using were introduced.Effect of Rocos compact spinning quality and main special components on yarn quality were tested and analysed.The result shows that yarn spun in Rocos compact device is better than that of common ring spinning device.Front rubber-covered rol... |
