摘    要:室内离体活性测定结果表明丁香菌酯(SYP-3375)对苹果树腐烂病具有优异的防治效果,其EC50值为1.83 mg/L,防效高于嘧菌酯和生产常规药剂福美胂.连续2年的田间试验结果和试验中观察到的现象表明在500~1500mg/L使用剂量下,丁香菌酯能有效地抑制苹果树腐烂病病疤的复发,对病疤的愈合有非常明显的促进作用,效果明显优于对照药剂嘧菌酯和代森铵.在试验剂量下对苹果树安全,对非靶标生物无不良影响.

Abstract:Results of laboratory experiments showed that SYP-3375 had high control efficacy against apple valsa canker with EC50 value of 1.83 mg/L, which were better than azoxystrobin and asomate in the same rate. SYP-3375 at 500-1500 mg/L provided good activity against apple valsa canker in field studies. SYP-3375 was more efficacious than azoxystrobin and amobam, and was safe to apple trees.
