| 摘 要： | 资金和人才是乡镇企业稳定、持续、健康发展的基本条件和关键所在。本文紧密结合国家对乡镇企业发展的宏观政策,联系定南县的资源情况及经济现状,对以上两个问题进行了初步探讨,提出了解决乡镇企业资金与人才问题的一些方式和途径。

| Abstract: | For further development,township enterprises need not only more funds, but also qualified personnel to work for them. The paper probes into these two problems, taking Ding Nan County as a typical case of study. Some feasible measures to solve the problems thetownship enterprises are now facing are proposed. |
