石油储罐用08MnNiVR钢板组织和性能研究

摘    要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机、扫描电镜等设备,研究了不同开冷温度和不同终冷温度对610MPa级08MnNiVR钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着开冷温度和终冷温度的变化,钢板组织中M/A和铁素体组织数量和形态都有相应变化。随着开冷温度升高,维氏硬度逐渐增加;随着终冷温度降低,维氏硬度逐渐增高。

Abstract:The influence of different start cooling temperatures and different finish cooling temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical propertis of 610 MPa 08MnNiVR steel is studied by Gleeble-3800 and TEM.The results show that the area percents and the forms of M/A and ferrite in microstructures are changing along with the start cooling temperatures and the finish temperatures changing.Vickers hardness gradually increases with the start cooling temperatures increasing or with the finish cooling temperatures...
