| 摘 要： | 为了解决非圆形螺旋槽截面变螺距螺杆的数控编程难题，文章根据非圆柱形包装瓶输送螺杆的结构特点，首先运用Pro／Engineer软件绘制螺旋线的展开线，再根据螺杆螺旋槽的截面尺寸及粗糙度值计算出刀具路径的步距，最后运用Mastercam软件编制数控加工程序，同时对切削参数的选择与编程技巧进行了说明。从而为这种非常难加工的特殊螺杆提出了一种独特的、先进的数控加工方法。

| Abstract: | In order to resolve the NC machining problem of screw with square section and variable pitch, According to the structural characteristic of screw used in the transportation of square packaging bottle, we draw the unwrapped line of helix using Pro/Engineer software, then calculate the toolpath step by the section dimension and the given value parametric in mathematical method, and use Pro/Engineer software and Mastercam software to parametric design and numerical control machining, then give an especial design and manufacture method, |
