制绳钢丝力学性能与钢丝绳疲劳寿命的关系

摘    要:在实验的基础上,分析制绳钢丝力学性能与钢丝绳疲劳寿命之间的关系,指出在炉温920℃,铅温540℃的热处理工艺条件下,通过总压缩率为96/%的拉拔工艺,可使制绳钢丝获得良好的力学性能,从而使钢丝绳疲劳寿命进一步提高。

Abstract:To analyze relation between mechanics property of steel wire for rope and fatigue life of wire rope on the basis of experiment.On the condition of heat treatment process that furnace temperature is 920 ℃ and lead temperature is 540 ℃,as total draught is 96%,steel wire for rope can obtain better integrated mechanics property and fatigue life of steel wire rope can be improved.Keywords steel wire for wire rope;mechanics property;wire rope;fatigue life.
