| 摘 要： | 在对短波航空通信站点设置进行总结和分析的基础上，建立以月中值为基础的REL数学模型，并采用VOACAP对所提出的数学模型进行了验证．通过以REL作为频率覆盖标准，对典型的短波通信系统SCOPEComand进行频率覆盖区域计算，计算结果表明：REL可以作为理想的频率覆盖和站点设置评价标准．

| Abstract: | By analysis and summarization of HF aeronautical communication site setup, a mathematical model based on month median about REL is proposed, and then with VOACAP, the mathematical model is verified. By the standard of REL, the frequency coverage of typical SCOPE Comand is calculated. The conclusion from the outcome of calculation is consistent with the future plan of SCOPE Comand, this indicates that REL can be used as an ideal evalution standard for the frequency coverage and site setup. This method is of reference value for site setup of HF aeronautical system. |
