| 摘 要： | 在预测2020年我国电力需求量的基础上，根据电力可持续发展的指导原则．对我国电网建设、优化发电能源结构等方面进行展望；预测2020年电力发展目标．包括发电装机规模及构成，电力发展所需能源、资金情况；指出依靠科技进步和政策支持，是保证我国电力可持续发展的关键。

| Abstract: | According to the guidance principle of power sustainable development and based on the forecasting power demand in 2020 in China, the construction of power networks, optimization of energy structure for power generation are prospected and power development objectives in 2020 are forecasted in this paper, including the scale and constitution of installed capacity, the condition of energy and capital needed in power development. It is pointed out that the key of the power sustainable development in China depends on the support of science and technology advances and policies. |
