摘    要:以碳酸锰为原料制备了甲基磺酸锰,并以甲基磺酸锰为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,用苯乙醛和乙二醇为原料合成了苯乙醛缩乙二醇。考察了影响产品收率的因素,结果表明,在苯乙醛与乙二醇摩尔比1:2,催化剂甲基磺酸锰用量1.2g,带水剂环己烷用量10mL(以苯乙醛用量0.1mol为基准),回流反应1.5h的优化反应条件下,产品苯乙醛缩乙二醇的收率达88.1%,说明催化剂甲基磺酸锰对缩醛的合成反应具有较高的催化活性。 成

Abstract:Phenylacetaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from phenylacetaldehyde and glycol in the presence of manganese methanesulfonate prepared with manganese carbonate using cyclohexane as dehydrating agent. Factors influencing the product yield were discussed . The results showed that the yield reached 88.1% under the optimum reaction conditions as follows: molar ratio of phenylacetaldehyde to glycol 1 : 2, dosage of manganese methanesulfonate as catalyst 1.2 g, volume of cyclohexane 10 mL( based on 0.1 tool of phenylacetaldehyde), reaction time 1.5 hours. Manganese methanesulfonate had higher catalytic activity on the synthesis of acetal.
