乳化液泵曲轴结构的有限元优化设计

摘    要:针对设计高压大流量的乳化液泵,选用两支承五曲柄曲轴。曲柄错角直接影响曲轴的强度和泵的工作稳定性。通过对曲柄的错角优化设计,给出确定曲柄最佳错角的方法;应用AN-SYS有限元软件,对整个曲轴进行有限元分析,旨在探索一种确定多拐曲轴的危险相位和危险点的方法,继而进行考虑圆角的疲劳强度分析,从而达到优化曲轴结构,提高泵的设计水平的目的。

Abstract:Thinking of the designing flax is large, discharging pressure is big. Adopts two bracket - five winch crankshaft. The space location of crankshaft influences the strength of crankshaft and the stability of emulsion pump. According to optimize crankshaft, offers the solution on ascertaining the best space location of crankshaft. Focuses on crankshaft and analysis the whole crankshaft with ANSYS 5.7- the finite element software, in this perspective, to explore a method that can orientate the dangerous phase and dangerous point of multi- turning crankshaft, and to analyze the fatigue strength thinking of fillet. This aims to optimize the crankshaft structure and improve the design standard of pump.
