几种变色染料的变色机理以及在纺织品上的应用

介绍了几种常用的变色染料———光敏、热敏及湿敏变色染料的变色机理以及它们在纺织品加工中的应用情况。指出变色染料有着可观的发展前景和广阔的市场。并分别指出了光敏变色染料应在提高稳定性和耐光色牢度的基础上降低成本,热敏变色染料应该朝着低温、微胶囊化以及相应配套助剂的开发方向发展,湿敏变色染料应朝着产品种类的多样化和应用的广泛性方向发展。

COLOR-CHANGING MECHANISMS OF SOME DYES WITH DISCOLORATION PROPERTIES AND THE APPLICATION ON FABRICS

Some useful dyes with discoloration properties were introduced.The thermochromic dye,the photochromic dye and the humidity-sensitive dye.and the mechanisms of the color changing characteristics as well as the application of these dyes in the processing of textile were also introduced.It was pointed out that the stableness and the fastness to sunlight of photochromic dye should be improved and the cost of raw material should be reduced,products of thermochromic dye that could be used under low temperature should be developed and microencapsulation should be taken,a great diversity of products of humidity-sensitive dye should be developed and applied in more fields.
