| 摘 要： | 以工件周转箱注射模具设计为例，利用Moldflow流动分析软件对浇注系统进行优化设计，采用两点进浇和点浇口形式改善了塑料的流动充模性能，保证了塑料件质量；采用热流道浇注系统使模具结构由三板式结构改为两板式结构，模具结构进一步得到优化。

| Abstract: | The design of injection mould of turnover box of workpiece is taken as an example to analyse and design the pouring system by using flow analysis software code Moldflow. Flow and fill performance and quality of parts are improved through employing the pin gate and two points pouring. The mould structure is changed from three times parting planes to two times parting planes by using hot runner gating system, and the mould structure is optimized further. |
