一种超高压模具型腔冷挤压液压机床的设计

摘    要:通过对模具型腔冷挤压液压机采用超高压系统时所遇到的技术问题的研究,从理论上分析并确定了超高压液体压力范围及许用应力值,为合理选择缸体材料提供了理论依据。对工作缸的结构形式及液压系统、密封圈到主体结构形式的设计均有其独特之处,采用往复增压的液压系统和厚屑Y型密封圈为获得超高压提供了一种简单方法,避免了密封圈的磨损,提高了使用寿命和工作效率。设计过程中从经济性、工艺性、可靠性等方面进行全面分析,其优越性在实践中得到了验证。

Abstract:The cooling- extrusion of die cavity liquid- pressing machine lathe was studied, the allowable stress and pressure range of the superhigh pressure system was analyzed and determined, it provides theoretical basis for chosing cylinder material reasonably. The design of the cylinders, hydraulic system structure, seal and structure of main body was presented, the reciprocating supercharger hydraulic system and thick lips Y seal was adopted, which is a simple method to superhigh pressure system, avoids the wear of seal, improves its life and efficiency. The economy, manufacturability and reliability during design process were analyzed, and it was tested in practice.
