| 摘 要： | 随着网络传输技术、图像编码技术的成熟,以流媒体技术为基础的RTP协议的视频实时传输有着快速的发展。文章介绍了用于流媒体传输的RTP/RTCP协议格式,给出了一个基于RTP协议的教学直播系统的框架和设计。

| Abstract: | Along with maturation of the network technology and image coding technology,the video living transport of RTP based on Streaming Media technology has been developed rapidly.This paper introduces RTP/RTCP protocol using in Streaming Media transport,then presents the framework and design of the teaching living broadcast system based on RTP. |
