摘    要:为了采用Marc软件进行高精度接触问题分析,首先对该软件及其非线性分析功能的特点进行了简要介绍,然后通过对圆柱滚子接触这个经典问题的求解,将Marc软件的有限元分析结果与赫兹理论解进行了比较。结果表明采用Marc软件高密度网格自适应划分技术,能大大提高计算精度,同时也发现计算精度与计算模式有一定关系。当采用8级网格划分时可使误差降至5%以下,表明两吻合的很好,这为Marc软件在轴承分析、橡胶密封等方面的应用开辟了很好的前景。

Abstract:In order to analyze high precise contact problem with Marc software, its feature of nonlinear analysis is firstly introduced, then the results of a classic problem of column contact obtained by FEM calculation of Marc software are compared with Hertz's solution. It is found that the calculation precision can be improved by adopting technology of high density adaptive meshing refinement of Marc software, and the calculation precision is related to calculation model. Errors are reduced to below 5% while adopting 8 level automatic meshing refinement, which indicates that both are correctly coincident. Therefore, Marc software will be widely used in applications such as bearing analysis and rubber seal.
