水分散型阴离子聚丙烯酰胺的合成及其表征

摘    要:在(NH4)2SO4水溶液中,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体原料,聚2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸钠(PSAMPS)为分散剂,采用水分散聚合技术合成了环境友好型水分散型阴离子聚丙烯酰胺P(AMPS/AM)。重点探讨了单体配比、反应温度和硫酸铵用量对水分散体系的影响,并利用透射电镜观察其颗粒形貌。结果表明,制备稳定水分散型P(AMPS/AM)的适宜条件分别是n(AMPS)∶n(AM)为15∶85,反应温度50℃,(NH4)2SO4质量分数20%~28%;透射电镜显示,沉淀聚合物为2.3~4.5μm的球形或椭球形颗粒。

Abstract:The copolymer of acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonate(AMPS) was synthesized through the free radical dispersion polymerization in an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate using the poly(sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonate) as a steric stabilizer.The effects of the n(AMPS)∶n(AM) molar ratios,the initiation temperature and the dosage of ammonium sulfate on the polymerization process were investigated.The result showed thant the stable copolymer dispersion of n(AMPS)∶n(AM) could be obtained when the n(AMPS)∶n(AM) molecular ratio,the initiation temperature and the dosage of ammonium sulfate were 15∶85,50 ℃ and 20% ~ 28%,respectively.The dispersion particles had a size range of 2.3 to 4.5 μm as studied by TEM.
