| 摘 要： | 讨论了纺丝温度、冷却成形条件、纺丝速度、卷绕牵伸定型温度等对产品质量及生产状况的影响。结果表明 :控制好工艺条件 ,利用国产化率达 70 %以上的嫁接设备生产 2 2 0dtex/3 6f及 110dtex/2 4f等规格的锦纶 6FDY质量优良 ,一等品率达 96%以上

| Abstract: | Effect of spinning temperature,cooling shaping condition ,spinning speed,winding ,drafting and setting temperature on product quality and the production condition are discussed.It is showed that through selecting proper process parameters,using the grafting equipment which is over 70 percent made in China to produce 220 dtex/36 f and 110 dtex/24f chinlon 6 FDY in same scale ,the high quality chinlon 6 FDY can be obtained,the firsts ratio is over 96%. |
