某氧化铜矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:某氧化铜矿中结合铜达28.92%且含6.6%的自然铜,属较难选别的氧化矿。试验利用多段选别(八段)的流程,在酸性条件下,使用硫化钠、丁黄药、铜试剂、D2、松油等药剂进行浮选试验,取得了铜品位25.61%,铜回收率74.79%的选别指标。

Abstract:The distribution of combined oxidized copper and natural copper phase in an oxidized copper ore is 28.92% and 6.6% respectively, which belongs to refractory oxidized ore. Multi - stage beneficiation ( eight stages) flow was used in the experiment, the sodium sulfide, butyl xanthate, copper reagent, D2, pine oil and so on were used for flotation test under the acid condition, the concentrate of 25.61% copper grade with 74. 79% copper recovery was obtained.
