超临界流体及其在环保领域中的应用

摘    要:近年来,超临界技术作为一种绿色技术而倍受推崇,己被逐渐应用到环境污染控制、生物技术等高新技术领域。论述了超临界流体的特点及临界温度和临界压力的测定方法,介绍了超临界水氧化技术在有机污染物处理过程中的作用机理,并对超临界水处理污水和污泥等方面的技术特点和工艺流程进行了总结分析。由于超临界水氧化处理工艺对不同组成的污染物都具有很高的处理效率,故在环保领域也具有广泛的应用前景。另外,超临界CO2技术在废弃线路板的回收处理中的应用,可有效地解决电子工业生产所面临的环保难题。

Abstract:Supercritical fluid technology, a promising green technology, has been used in environmental protection and biology technology recently. This paper summarizes the basic features of supercritical fluid and the measurement methods of critical temperature and critical pressure. The characteristics of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) and its reaction mechanism are introduced. The applications of SCWO t.echnique in sludge, solid waste and waste water treatments are reviewed. SCWO has proved to be a very promising material for the treatment of different kind of waste waters with extremely efficiency. The applications of supercritical CO2 technique in printed circuit board (PCB) solves the environmental problem of electric industry.
