| 摘 要： | 国内外水资源承载能力的各项研究表明,水资源承载能力不仅与水资源的状况有关,还跟当地经济社会发展、人民生活水平状况等有着密切的关系.因此提出了基于一定经济发展水平的水资源承载能力量化法,并以迁安市为实例进行了计算,确定了迁安市不同水资源状况和经济社会发展水平下的指标值,计算出迁安市相应水平下的可承载人口和经济规模,为区域决策提供了理论依据.
