抽油泵泵阀的流体阻力试验

摘    要:在模拟井下原油粘度和实际产量的条件下,对6种国产抽油泵和两种API标准抽油泵泵阀的流体阻力进行了试验研究。通过测取泵阀系统的流体阻力损失,掌握了泵阀的阻力数值及影响阻力的因素。在此基础上,回归出相关公式和试验曲线。同时得出结论,在设计泵阀时,应尽量使孔球比大于2,避免小于1.5。

Fluid resistance test of subsurface pump valves.
Abstract:By simulating the actual working condition of subsurface pumps, the fluid resistances of eight different pump valves are tested. By measuring the fluid resistance loss at the pump valve, the resistance vlalue and the factors affecting the resistance are worked out, and thereby relative formulas and curves are derived. And a conclusion is drawn that the ratio of the diameter of the valve opening to that of the ball should be larger than two as possible.
