摘    要:设计用于USB Hub的接收器电路。该电路应用两级差动放大增加电路增益,利用源极跟随器作为电压缓冲器以减少信号电平损失。电路经过CSMC0.6umN阱CMOS工艺设计验证,完全符合USB1.1的协议规范。该设计已用于USB Hub芯片中。

Abstract:In This paper, a practical receiver circuit for USB HUB Low/Full-Speed Mode transceivers is discussed. It uses tow-stage differential amplifiuers to increasee the circuit gain and uses a source follower as a voltage buffer to decrease signal volt- age losing. The receiver circuit been implemented by CSMC 0. 6um Nwell Standard CMOS process and provd to conform to the USB 1. 1 Specification. This circuit has been used in the design of a USB HUB chipset.
