| 摘 要： | 洁净厂房由于其生产工艺的特殊性，其防排烟设计不仅要求高效，还要尽量减少火灾中烟气、粉尘对其他区域造成的影响。本文从洁净厂房机械排烟设置部位、采用方式、排烟量和补风量设计等方面，对洁净厂房机械防排烟系统的设计进行了探讨。
