摘    要:从硬件、软件两个方面分别介绍了新型电控发动机开发标定系统的设计与实现。该系统由传感器、执行器、电控单元ECU、串行通讯模块以及上位机组成,可以实现数据实时采集、显示,数据保存,实时动态曲线绘制,离线数据回放,控制参数在线修改、调试的功能。该系统的建立为电控喷射摩托车发动机的优化匹配提供了技术平台。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and development of a new type of calibration tool for engine management system(EMS) about both hardware and software.This system is composed of sensors,executors,ECU,serial communication module and PC.The functions of the system are showed in this paper,such as multi-parameter real time collection,real time dynamic curve drawing,data recording and database management and on-line parameter monitoring and calibration.The establishment of this system provides a technology platform for optimization matching of motorcycle engine with EMS.
