树脂对芳纶无纬布防弹防刺性能的影响

摘    要:采用树脂与芳纶无纬布模压的方法,制备了一种具备防弹防刺功能的复合材料,讨论了模压温度、时间、压力等因素对其性能的影响。实验结果表明,以树脂和芳纶无纬布为原料制备的防弹防刺复合材料,其工艺优化条件为:模压时间15~30min,温度125℃,压力2~4MPa。在此条件下,制得的复合材料的防弹防刺综合性能最佳。

Abstract:In this study, composite material, which was of bulletproof and stab-proof properties, was synthesized by mould pressing of Kevlar UD cloth with resin. The results show in particular that the factors of pressing temperature, time and pressure have effects upon the synthesis and performance of the composite material. The results show that this technological method is feasible for commercial use. It seems that both an experimental condition of pressing temperature 125 ℃, holding time 15 - 30 min. and pressure 2 - 4 MPa and the composite materials resulted in this processing condition are optimum.
