摘    要:PSS能否在低频振荡的频率范围内发挥良好的阻尼作用,其参数整定是关键。针对PSS试验和参数整定,采用最大运行工况和最小运行工况对PSS参数进行校核,使PSS在低频振荡频段对各种运行方式具有更理想的补偿效果。以自并励励磁系统为例,根据实测数据利用频域分析,得到励磁系统滞后特性。论证不同运行状态对励磁系统滞后特性的影响,提出基于运行参数对PSS进行优化,使优化整定参数后的PSS在各种运行工况下都能有良好的补偿效果。结合实例,优化运行参数,使励磁系统补偿特性满足工程要求。

Abstract:Whether or not PSS has fine damping capacity within the frequency band of the low frequency oscillation, the key is parameters setting. For PSS field-testing and parameters setting, the PSS parameters are verified using maximum and minimum operational conditions, to make PSS having the more perfect compensation effect when low frequency oscillation. With the bus fed static excitation system, based on field-test data and using frequency domain analysis, the hysteretic characteristics of excitation system were given, the influence of operating variables on hysteretic characteristics of excitation system was analyzed. The PSS parameter optimization based-on power system operating variables was presented, which made PSS having the good compensation effect in various operation mode, and combined with the practical example, the hysteretic characteristics of excitation system for engineering requirements can be satisfied by optimized operational parameters.
