偶联剂KH570在低表面能纳米防污涂料中的应用

摘    要:以合成的有机氟改性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质,加入硅烷偶联剂KH570,改变涂料的配方,制备了防污涂料,讨论了偶联剂的加入方式、加入量对涂料性能影响,分析了低表面能涂料的表面结构。结果表明,偶联剂在高速分散时加入效果最好,加入量为颜填料的2%时,可以在不影响涂料性能的同时提高颜填料的用量或者减少树脂的用量,增大涂料的附着力,涂膜的附着力达到最高的1级,涂膜与水滴的接触角为146°,用SEM观察涂膜表面形成了纳米-微米阶层结构。

Abstract:Synthetic organic fluorine-modified acrylic resin as the main film-forming substance,the coupling agent KH570 is added to change the coatings formula.This paper analyzes the injection pattern and volume towards the coatings performance influences.It also studies the surface structure of low surface energy coatings.The test results prove that the injection of coupling agent at high speed dispersion is better for the coatings performance.The injection volume of coupling agent at 2% of pigment and filler,to increase the consumption of pigment and filler or to decrease the consumption of resin,the coating film adhesion can reach Grade 1,the contact angle at 146° and the micron-nano layer on the coating film can be observed by SEM.
