弹性环刚度强度的分析方法与力学特性研究

摘    要:弹性环的刚度参数是转子系统动力特性分析和临界转速设计的一个重要常数,利用有限元分析方法研究了弹性环结构刚度,通过实验测试,验证了应用有限元法计算弹性环支承刚度的可行性和精确性;并从结构设计出发,对其强度特性进行了研究。结果表明,刚度设计应主要考虑参数为凸台数目、壁厚和宽度;强度设计中应主要考虑参数为凸台数目、壁厚和过渡圆角,以此为弹性环的动力学设计提供依据。

Abstract:The rigidity parameter of an elastic ring represents an important constant for analyzing the kinetic characteristics of a rotor system and designing its critical speed.
