| Abstract: | This article is on the potential issues in the field of heat treatment, which might occur in the process of the great reform of the existion enterprises,e, g. restructuring, shifting and upgrading, to carry out the govemment policy of revitalization of the old northeast industrial bases.The objects and subject reasons causing the issues are analyzed.And the ideals were worked out to solve the present issues by playing better role of the local heat treament association or commissions. |
